Following graduation, I’ve worked in Special Education, intensive in-home therapy services, community mental health services, and school-based mental health services. I have extensive experience in early childhood education and mental health.

I specialize in supporting individuals ages 3 to 21 as they navigate a variety of developmental and emotional challenges. I have expertise in working with clients with ADHD, life adjustment/ trauma-related disorders, anger management issues/disruptive behavior disorders, anxiety, depression, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and developmental delays. I am dedicated to creating a nurturing environment where each child can thrive and grow. Through tailored therapeutic approaches, I aim to empower children and their families to overcome obstacles and build resilience, fostering a positive path toward emotional and developmental well-being.

My therapeutic approaches are person-centered, play therapy (CCPT), psychoeducation, CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, somatic work, and IFS. I operate from a Trauma-Informed and strengths-based perspective.
